Order Processing and Delivery

If the order is placed and the payment goes through before 2 PM EST, we will ship out your order on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will get processed the following Monday.

We use Canada PostXpressPost service to ship across Canada. Estimated delivery times range between 2and 10 business days (if you live in a rural area). Shipping and Handling charges depend on the destination and the weight of your order.

Once the order is processed and shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and information.

We are NOT responsible for returned/undelivered products arising from errors during customer’s checkout process (typos, invalid shipping address, wrong contact, etc.). Should your order be returned to us due to such an error, you have an option of having the order resent to you for an additional shipping and handling fee. If you do not want your package to be resent, we will refund your order minus the shipping and handling fees. If your is lost/stolen, we will be required to contact Canada Post to initiate a claim.
