Unfortunately we do not accept already opened or damaged items, because they cannot be re-stocked and re-sold. We will issue a full refund, less Shipping and Handling charges, if your return your product within 14 days of purchase.
Please keep in mind that people may respond to CBD differently, and you may need to adjust your dosage or allow a few more days to fully benefit from the products. Please refer our Dosage Guide for more information.
How does the return process work?
- Download and fill out the Return/Exchange Form from our website
- Enclose the form and mail your return products within 14 days of your purchase. If the return label is postmarked outside the 14 days, we won’t be liable for any refunds sent back to us outside of this window.
- Get a tracking number. Your trucking number will serve as a confirmation that we received your return. We won’t be responsible for any packages shipped to us without the tracking number.
- Wait for the confirmation. As soon as the return is processed, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. After that date, please allow another 2-4 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange for any reason.
